Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. If paying by check, please ensure that your check is written to "Element Appraisals" and not a specific appraiser. Appraisal services must be paid by the ordering party regardless of finalization of the loan. Completion of this appraisal is not contingent upon obtaining a pre-determined value. Any invoices outstanding after 45-days from the invoice date will be place with collections.

Loan Officers, Brokerages, and Mortgage Brokers that refuse to make payment on an appraisal service will be reported to the Mortgage Lending Division.

If this appraisal is for a sale or purchase, you must provide a copy of the sales contract. You can e-mail the sales contract, along with the property details, to info@elementappraisals.com.
